About the event

Spend a relaxing day with us learning how nutrition, yoga and other relaxation techniques can support with the  menopause.

A calming and nurturing day, focussing on you!

Looking at ways to help manage menopause and peri-menopause symptoms through nutrition, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Hosted by Sonja (Nutritional Therapist and Health & Nutrition Coach) and Caelia (Yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher) we blend our disciplines to give you tools to take away and use in your everyday lives.

Held in the beautiful setting of Tillingham Wines, and including fabulous breakfast and lunches prepared by Tillinghams head chef, and his team - this day will cover tips on how you can make small changes to what you eat, and  how you live your life, to help reduce the effects of the hormonal changes our bodies go through.

We only have small numbers on our days so that we can get to know you, and there is plenty of opportunity to ask Sonja or Caelia any questions that are specific for you - if you would like to let us know in advance about any particular areas you would like us to cover, we will do our best to tailor the day to answer the questions YOU have.

The day starts with a lovely breakfast and an introduction to us, each other and the day, before we move into a session discussing how food, movement and other lifestyle choices can help influence our responses to the changes in our hormones.

A gentle yoga practice follows (and don't worry if you are new to yoga - Caelia tailors the session for everyone) before we go through for our delicious lunch.

If the weather is kind, we will take a gentle walk through the vines and out for a guided meditation session surrounded by nature.

By the end of the day, you should be feeling calm and relaxed and equipt to face whatever your body may throw at you!
