Join us to connect back to yourself, to nature and to meet like-minded souls sharing the same love of all things wellness, nature and healthy-living that you do.

Understand your nervous system and how you can support it: learn about nutrition and simple healthy eating to strengthen you both physically and emotionally; learn relaxation techniques and tools including breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to bring into your everyday lives.

Or, you can just relax in our beautiful beach house, take lovely walks through the dunes, or along the beach, eat healthy, delicious food. Maybe come for a wild swim, or join us for a gentle guided meditation in the dunes.

This retreat is designed for you to take as much or as little as you want from it – no pressure to join in – if you want to have a lie-in, sit quietly and read your book or take yourself off for a bit of peace and quiet, that is absolutely fine too.

We are only a short distance from the historic cinque port town of Rye, so if you wanted to soak up some history, wander the famous cobbled streets or indulge in some retail therapy that can also be arranged.

Our beautiful retreat Beach House features 6 double en-suite bedrooms (2 with baths, 4 with showers), private parking, large eat-in garden, with outdoor cooking facilities and is 2 minutes walk from the dunes

Included in base price:

Pick up and drop off at the train station if needed

Your own private double bedroom with en-suite and luxury bedding (two rooms are larger if you wanted to bunk up with your bestie and save a few £££)

All meals and snacks (vegetarian)

Optional activities included in the price:

Nutrition talk with cooking demo & community cooking (outdoors if weather holds)

Yoga – designed to de-stress

Meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices

Beach yoga & meditation (weather dependant)

Wild swimming 

Coastal walks

We have small groups to ensure a personalised experience for everyone
