Wellness Days
Our wellness days focus on a particular topic, it might be managing stress & anxiety, the menopause, winter wellness or fatigue. Each one includes a nutrition talk about what foods to include/ exclude to help support with the topic of the day; a lovely gentle yoga session, suitable for all abilities that also links to the theme and ends with a guided meditation.
